  • Uncompleted referrals will not be processed until all required information has been provided.
  • PCB requires 24 hours’ notice for treatment changes or extensions.

Occasionally it may be necessary to deliver after the times stated above due to capacity on the service. In this instance we will endeavour to take the patients as soon as possible, and we will communicate all deviations from the referral to the referring medical team.
